Welcome to the website of Villa Bulicic!

Villa Bulicic is located in Okrug Gornji, just 10 meters from the sea and from the nearest pebble beach. All amenities are close by: shops (100 meters), restaurants (20 meters), bakery (50 meters), bank (300 meters), post office (300 meters). All you need is just 6-7 minutes drive to reach a historic centre of beautiful town Trogir. Split Airport is only 7 km far from our house. It consists of 2 apartment - apartment A1 (2+1) and apartment B1 (4+2).

We keep our apartments clean and fresh, always ready for your visit at any time of the year! You do not need to bring bed linen, you will find it in the apartment. We also have a free parking for your car, a WiFi is included in the price.

If you need any kind of information (transportation from airport, bus schedules, ferry schedules... any question you might have), please feel free to ask and I will be happy to provide you with as much informations as I can!

Apartment A1 has 3 stars. It is on the ground floor, with 40 square meters in size, consisting of 1 bedroom with a double bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower and has a front terrace where you can have your day or evening meals. Beside 1 king size bed for 2 persons there is also a sofa bed for 1 or 2 extra persons so it is suitable for the families of 3 or 4.

Apartment B1 has 4 stars. This new and modernly designed holiday apartment It is spacious - 120 meters square in size - all recently renovated throughout. It is situated just 10 meters from the sea and from the nearest pebble beach.Apartment has 2 bedrooms (the master bedroom has its own bathroom, balcony and kitchenette) - each with a king size bed, living room (with convertible sofa bed for 2 persons), dining room and lovely terrace from which you can enjoy the beautiful view of the harbour and beach in Okrug Gornji. The kitchen is fully equipped with all household appliances: oven, stove, coffe maker, kettle, toaster... as well with cutlery and glasses.
